- 1 pack of self-raising flour (500 grams)
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 glass of seed oil
- 450 grams of feta cheese hand-crashed
In a bowl, pour the seed oil, the milk, a pinch of salt and the flour. Add the feta cheese and kneed shortly with your hands.
Take small pieces of the dough and shape small burgers.
Place them in a pan covered with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
