- 1 kg of baby potatoes, unpeeled
- ¼ teacup of olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¼ teacup of water
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Wash the potatoes and dry them well with a clean towel. Cut them into 4 pieces.
Cut the garlic cloves into 2.
In an ovenproof pan, put the potatoes, the garlic, the rosemary and season with salt and pepper.
Add the olive oil and mix the potatoes with your hands to evenly spread the herbs onto the potatoes.
Add the water and bake in a preheated, at 200 degrees, oven for about 1 hour until our potatoes turn golden brown.
