Chocolate pie with almonds

Whenever I make a chocolate dessert at home, it is vanished! Same thing happened this time as well, but my daughters asked me to make another one soonest! This chocolate pie is very easy to make and is moist, gooey, delicious and rich.


  • 250 grams of dark chocolate
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 60 grams of peeled almonds (½ teacup)


Finely chop the almonds in the food processor. Coarsely chop the dark chocolate (or you can use chocolate chips)

Put the butter and the chocolate in a bowl and heat them in the microwave until the chocolate is well melted.

Add the eggs, the sugar and the grated almonds into the bowl and whisk with a fork, or a hand mixer, until the mixture is homogenized.

Lightly butter a round, 25cm diameter, baking pan and pour in the chocolate mixture.

Bake in a preheated, at 180 degrees, oven, for 25 minutes.
