- 140 grams melted butter
- 80 grams sugar
- 210 grams all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 30 grams all-purpose flour
- 240 grams sugar
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
Put the first three ingredients in a bowl and mix them well with your hands. Spread the dough into a 20 x 20 cm square, baking pan and bake in a preheated, at 180° C, oven for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, put the sugar, the flour, the eggs, the lemon juice and zest in a bowl and whisk vividly. You can also use an electric mixer at a moderate power level.
Pour the lemon-egg mixture over the half-baked dough and continue baking for another 20 minutes.
Allow cooling very well, cut into small, square bites, dust with some powdered sugar and serve.
