Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 500 grams zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 200 grams grated cheese mix
- 200 grams grated provolone cheese
- 200 grams cream cheese
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
Grate the zuchini on a coarse grater and leave them to drain. Put all ingredients (except puff pastry) in a large bowl and mix well with a fork. Place the puff pastry on a well greased tart pan and make small holes on it with the fork. Add the zucchini mix on top of puff pastry. Roll the remaining puff pastry so to create a wreath around the tart pan.

Bake in preheated, at 180 degrees oven, for 45’until tart gets light brown on top and the puff pastry is quite crunchy.
