- 325 grams dark chocolate
- 500 grams heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons whiskey
- zest of an orange
Chop the chocolate into small chunks and place it in a saucepan. Add the heavy cream and heat the mixture over low heat, stirring frequently until the chocolate starts to melt.
Add the whiskey and orange zest into the chocolate mixture and stir well.
Pour the mixture into glasses or bowls and cool it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
