Avocado & mozzarella open sandwich

Sometimes, all you need is to grab a bite to satisfy your appetite. Something that can be easily prepared, just in a few minutes. A yummy snack. This avocado & mozzarella sandwich is that kind of snack. Avocado’s creamy texture matches perfectly with mozzarella and consists a rich, healthy meal. Sriracha just gives a spicy touch to this open sandwich. Make yourself a cup of Starbucks Guatemala Antigua coffee and enjoy this delicious sandwich.


  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of fresh mozzarella
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • a pinch of salt
  • sriracha sauce


Peel the avocado and use a fork to mash it. Add a pinch of salt and the lemon juice.

Toast a slice of bread and top with two slices of fresh mozzarella. Spread the avocado cream on top of the mozzarella and add as much sriracha sauce as you can get (caution: sriracha sauce is extra hot & spicy).

Enjoy your sandwich with a cup of coffee.
