Zucchini and white cheese pie

Pies are a big part of Greek culinary tradition. Sometimes with phyllo, sometimes crustless are being stuffed with any ingredients available in our kitchen. There are numerous variations and they are enjoyed all year long. This one is crustless with zucchinis and feta cheese. A great dish or snack for a spring day.


  • 200 grams Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 zucchinis coarsely grated
  • 350 grams feta cheese coarsely grated
  • 2/3 cup olive ill
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cup of water
  • Salt, pepper


Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Lightly grease a large baking pan and put it in the oven while preheating to warm it up.

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well with a fork. The mixture should be quite fluid.

Pour the mixture on the baking pan and bake for about an hour until the surface of our the pie is golden brown.
