Ingredients
- 125 grams margarine
- 500 grams self-rising flour
- 150 grams corn oil
- 160 grams orange juice
- 100 grams grated regato cheese
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead with your hands.
The dough should by soft and non-sticky.
Shape small balls with your hands and press them gently. Place the biscuits on pans covered with baking paper (this portion yields approximately 70 small biscuits).
Bake in a preheated, at 180 degrees, oven for about 18 minutes.
Leave them on a rack to cool and then they are ready to be consumed.
