Ingredients
- 1 kilo strained yogurt
 - 1 large cucumber cut into small cubes
 - 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
 - 6 tablespoons olive oil
 - 3 tablespoons vinegar
 - 4 teacups water
 - Salt, Pepper
 
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Leave the soup in the refrigerator to chill. Serve the soup well chilled adding some freshly grounded pepper if you wish.
