Mocha-caramel dessert

It only takes few minutes to prepare this classic choco-biscuit dessert with a “touch” of coffee and caramel. Just leave it to freeze for a few hours and enjoy!


  • 250 grams butter
  • 200 grams bitter chocolate
  • 1 package petit beurre biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons espresso coffeee
  • 2 tablespoons caramel syrup


Break the biscuits into chunks.

In a large bowl, put the butter and the chocolate. Put the bowl into the microwave oven and melt the ingredients well.

Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour the mixture in a cake pan which you have covered thoroughly with baking sheet.

Leave in the fridge for a few hours, remove baking sheet and serve.

It is also an absolute hit served with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. You could also try my favourite mocha ice cream (check recipe here).
