Ingredients
- 130 grams white fish roe
- 300 grams whole grain bread
- 1 medium onion
- 150 ml olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
In a bowl, soak the bread in water. Use your hands to drain it well. Put all the ingredients in the food processor’s bowl and blend well until you get a creamy texture of the fish roe salad. If required, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
