Ingredients
- 1 broccoli bunch
- 10 slices of smoked bacon
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon pistachios
- Salt
For the dressing
- ½ teacup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon thyme honey
- Salt
Wash the broccoli, remove the hard part and keep only the flowers. Cut them in chunks as preferred.
Cut the bacon into large pieces and cook it in a non-stick pan for a few minutes (about 5 minutes) until it is golden brown and crispy enough.
In a large bowl, mix the broccoli, the bacon, the raisins and the pistachios.
In a jar, mix all dressing’s ingredients and pour it over the salad.
Toss the salad and serve immediately.
