Ingredients
- 600 grams chicken minced meat
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teacup oatmeals
- 1/2 coffeecup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon grated parmigiano cheese
- Salt, pepper
- A few thyme leaves
We preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
We put all ingredients in a large bowl and we mix them well together.
We make small balls with our hands and we place them in a greased, ovenproof dish. We bake the chicken meatballs for approximately 55′-60′.
We serve with salad, vegetables or rice.
