Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 teacup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Roll out the sheet of puff pastry and spread on it 1/3 of the cinnamon-sugar mix. Fold the puff pastry right in the middle. Press the puff pastry with your hands to spread a little bit. Repeat the same process one more time.
Using a knife, cut the pastry into strips about 1.5 cm thick and twist them by holding both ends with your hands.
Place the braids in a baking pan which you have already covered with parchment paper, sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mix and bake for approximately 20 minutes in a preheated, at 180 degrees, oven.
