Ingredients
- 130 grams melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teacup sugar
- 260 grams self-raising flour
- 1 teacup fresh milk
- 1 teacup coarsely cut hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them well with a hand mixer or a fork until well homogenized.
Pour the mixture into a greased , non-stick cake pan and bake in preheated, at 180 degrees, oven for 45′ – 50′.
Leave cake to cool and then serve. We can sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate with chocolate icing.
