Ingredients
- 15 digestive biscuits
- 70 grams melted butter
- 1/2 kilo ricotta cheese
- 1 teacup caster sugar
- Your favorite jam
Chop coarsely the biscuits. Add the melted butter and mix them well.
Place the ricotta cheese and the caster sugar in the mixer’s bowl and mix them well until you have a well homogenized cream.
Put the biscuits’ mix on a baking pan with removable bottom and spread the cream on top. Let the cake to freeze in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Remove the cake from the baking pan, drizzle its surface with your favorite jam and serve.
