Ingredients
- 500 grams minced beef meat
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1/2 teacup olive oil
- 2 teacups water
- 1 teacup red, dry wine
- 1 tablespoon tomatopaste
- 4 eggs
- 1 teacup grated cheese (gouda, cheddar, etc)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 2 bay leaves
- Chili seeds (optional)
- Salt, pepper
Over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic for 2′. Add the minced meat and sauté until the meat is quite cooked.
Add all remaining ingredients (except eggs and cheese) and bring to boil. Once boil starts, put lid on the pot, reduce heat to minimum and allow to simmer for 25 minutes.
Add the eggs and let it simmer for some more minutes (until the eggs are cooked according to your preference). Mix in cheese and leave it for a minute to melt. Serve immediately with plenty of toasted bread.
