Ingredients
- 400 grams bitter chocolate
- 1 can of condensed milk (397 grams)
- 50 grams butter
- 1 pack of OREO biscuits (14 biscuits)
- 1 teacup mini marshmallows (optional)
Cover a 20 x 20 cm pan with parchment paper.
Put the condensed milk and the chocolate, finely chopped into a non-stick pan and heat on low temperature until the chocolate is melted. Add the butter and the OREO biscuits coarsely chopped and mix well.
If you will use the mini marshmallows, at this point, scatter a few at the bottom of the pan. Pour the chocolate mixture over. Use the remaining mini marshmallows and press them gently on the chocolate mixture with your hands.
If you do not use the marshmallows, simply lay the chocolate mixture evenly in the pan and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until the mixture is firm.
Remove from the pan and cut into small, square bites.
Fudge can be stored in the fridge.
