Ingredients
- 1 teacup olive oil
- 1 teacup red, dry wine
- 1 teacup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon clove powder
- 500-600 grams all purpose flour
- sesame for decoration (optional)
Cover two pans with baking sheet and leave them aside.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and shape cookies as you prefer. Dip them in a little bit of sesame and place them on the baking sheets.
Bake in preheated, at 180 degrees, oven for 25′ – 30 ‘ . Let them cool thoroughly and store them in a tin.
