Ingredients
- For the dough
- 1 teacup hot milk
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 1/2 teacup melted butter
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 500-600 grams all purpose flour
- For the filling
- 1/2 teacup melted butter
- 1 teacup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
In a large bowl, put all ingredients for the dough and mix well until the dough is soft and does not stick in our hands. Cover and leave at room temperature for 60 minutes to rise.
Roll the dough into a thick sheet. Butter the dough and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Press slightly with your hands and roll the dough into a long roll.
Grease well a baking pan with 12 muffin cups. Cut the dough roll into slices, 1.5-2 cm thick, and place them in the muffin tins.
Bake in preheated, at 180 degrees, oven for 15 minutes.
