Ingredients
- Two coarsely grated apples
- 1 tablespoon grounded cinnamon
- 130 grams melted butter
- 1 teacup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 grams self raising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teacup milk
Put all ingredients in the mixer bowl and mix well until you have a smooth, relatively fluid, mixture.
Cover a cake pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the pan.
Bake the cake in a preheated, at 160 degrees, oven for 50′-55′ (to check if your cake is ready, deep a toothpick into the cake and if the toothpick comes out clean, your cake is ready).
