Ingredients
- 1 teacup whole wheat flour
- 1 teacup all purpose flour
- 1 teacup wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teacups hot water
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with a spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 8-24 hours.
Flour a surface, place the mixture and knead gently until the dough turns into a loaf of bread. With a knife slightly cut the bread surface. Cover with a clean towel and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Μeanwhile, heat a round, ovenproof dish (with lid) in the oven at 200 degrees. After 30’, put the dough in the pot and cover with the lid.
Bake for 30 minutes. Open the lid, and bake for another 15 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into slices.
