Ingredients
- 2 teacups hilopitaki (Greek homemade pasta) or any other small pasta (ditalini, orzo, etc)
- 5 teacups water
- 100 grammars butter
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Salt, pepper
- Grated cheese for serving
In a saucepan, bring to boil the water having added the butter and the tomato paste. Once boiled, add the pasta, salt, pepper and lower heat to the minimum. Stir frequently.
When all water is absorbed and the pasta is well cooked, you just serve it with grated cheese on top.
Use any cheese that you like, parmigiano, mozzarella, cheddar, etc
