Schools reopened their doors few days ago. Students got back with contradictory feelings. Glad to be back and meet again with all their friends but a bit anxious about the new activities and responsibilities. Loads of energy is required and we should be there, standing by their side.
A healthy diet is undoubtedly very important for students’ everyday life as they need much energy to “fuel” themselves during the day to fulfill all required activities while supporting their growth as well. It is our “call” to provide them with a healthy, yet yummy snack that will meet their energy and nutrition needs during each day.
Apparently, standardized snacks come in a pack, is not the best option when it comes to school lunch box for our children. It is better, yet easy, to prepare every morning one of these healthy snacks that will provide our kids with all the required energy during a weekday.
