Ingredients
- 2 packages OREO biscuits
- 50 grams melted butter
- 1 can condensed milk
- 500 grams cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Put 1 ½ package of OREO biscuits into the food processor and finely chop them. Add the melted butter and mix the two ingredients well. Place the mixture into a small round pan.
Beat in the mixer bowl (high speed) the cheese cream for 4 minutes. Add the condensed milk (which you have already put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to cool thoroughly), the vanilla and continue beating the ingredients on high speed for another 5 minutes. Add the remaining cookies, coarsely chopped and gently stir with a spoon.
Spread the mixture over the biscuits and leave the cheesecake in the fridge to chill well.
Decorate (optional) with some more OREO biscuits and some chocolate glaze and serve this yummy cheesecake.
